A bathroom and/or kitchen renovation can take anywhere between 4-5 weeks to complete from start to finish. Some appliances may be usable before this timeframe.
How much will a bathroom/kitchen renovation cost me?
A bathroom and/or kitchen renovation costs vary. We have a standard, medium and high-end range which can start anywhere from $15k, and can go up to $25k+. It all depends on the sizing of your space, materials and elements you choose.
However, our prices include everything, from the labour, to the elements that you select. It's a one-stop-shop, we take care of everything, so you don't have to.
Do we need to move out of our home whilst renovation is being done?
The short answer is no.
We work carefully around your home, and around your schedule, to ensure we get the job done efficiently and neatly. We use our own products to ensure we don't do any damage whilst we renovate your home, and we give a final clean when we are done with the renovation. Luxury is our mindset, and luxury is what we intend to provide.
What are the working hours you’ll be inside my home doing the renovation?
We aim to start renovating at 7:30am and finish up by 5pm on weekdays. However, the schedule is always negotiable per individual customer. We can also arrange work on the weekends if applicable.
How do we minimise dirt, dust and mess in our home during the renovation?
Our staff takes pride in ensuring that we offer you a renovation in the most efficient way possible. Before we commence our work we lay down floor coverings and wall coverings to ensure that your home is dust and mess-free whilst we renovate, and after the renovation is all done. We work as neatly as possible, so you don't have to worry about any mess in your home. Just sit back, and watch the magic happen.
